Common questions
Where are my entries stored?
Your entries are stored as protected files on your iPhone. The app does not operate a server for journal content, and it does not analyze what you write. Apple device backups may include app data, according to your settings.
How do I unlock Full Practice?
Full Practice is a single one-time non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. The Apple purchase sheet shows the current price for your App Store region. In the app, open Settings and tap Unlock Full Practice.
How do I restore Full Practice?
In Your Daily Review, open Settings and tap Restore Purchase. Sign in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. This restores an eligible Full Practice purchase and continues to honor eligible earlier purchases made with the same Apple Account.
How do refunds work?
Apple handles App Store refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Can I use it in a browser?
Not currently. Your Daily Review is an iPhone app and requires iOS 16 or later.
How do I back up my entries?
Review-history JSON backup and restore remain free. Open Settings. Under Export and Backup, tap Backup Reviews (JSON), then save the file somewhere you choose. If you choose Delete All Data, the confirmation also offers a review-history JSON backup before deletion. A JSON backup contains and restores review history only; it does not include question activity, exercises, pauses, quick entries, custom prompts, or badges. Full Practice adds formatted exports and sharing tools; it is not required to back up your raw review history.
Can anyone else see my entries?
Your Daily Review never sends entries automatically. Exports and sharing are manual. Someone with access to your unlocked iPhone, an exported file, or a device backup may also be able to see the entries stored there.
