Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Your Daily Review, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description

Your Daily Review is a private iPhone app built around a Morning Review, Midday Check-In, and Evening Reflection. It is designed to support a daily practice of selflessness, fairness, community, useful contribution, and the common good. Selflessness means making room for other people without abandoning your own dignity, safety, boundaries, or well-being.

3. Not Medical Advice

Your Daily Review is not a clinical or crisis service and does not provide medical or therapeutic advice. If you need crisis support, contact a local service or see the Support page for resources.

4. Your Data

Your entries are stored on your iPhone. You are responsible for backing them up. Deleting Your Daily Review removes local entries unless an Apple device backup preserves them. See the Privacy Policy for details.

A manual JSON backup contains and restores review history only; it does not include question activity, exercises, pauses, quick entries, custom prompts, or badges.

5. In-App Purchases

Full Practice (app.dailyreview.fullpractice) is a single one-time non-consumable purchase. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or recurring billing. Apple shows the current price for your App Store region before purchase. The retired product identifier app.dailyreview.pro is retained only to restore eligible previous purchases and is not offered for sale. Both eligible purchase records unlock Full Practice. Restore from Settings using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple handles refunds under its refund policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your Daily Review is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Your Daily Review.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
