Your Daily Review is a personal reflection tool, not a medical device. Not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or counseling.
1. Acceptance
By using Your Daily Review, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description
Your Daily Review is a private daily reflection app built around a structured morning, noon, and night review practice. It is designed to support honest daily self-reflection.
3. Not Medical Advice
The app is not a clinical tool and does not provide medical or therapeutic advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline. See the Support page for resources.
4. Your Data
Your entries are stored on your device. You are responsible for backing up your own data. Deleting the app will remove your local entries unless they are preserved in a device backup. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. In-App Purchases
Pro features are unlocked through a single one-time $4.99 non-consumable purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. On iOS, restore the unlock via Settings → Restore Purchase using your Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
